“Sophie did amazing at this meet. She ran against many girls who are top quality runners and have been involved in track for many years.” Coach Madero Said. “The most amazing thing about what Sophie did, is that this is her first year ever running track. She is a gymnast and a very good athlete who has been coachable all year.” Coach added.

With how young the Gabriel Richard girls track team is, they did very well at this regional meet. If the team keeps improving like they have been, there is no doubt that they will have a strong performance at Catholic Leagues and a successful year next year.
